How to Enter
Entries will only be accepted for current / valid QUAFF members.
Entries MUST NOT be brewed on a professional system.
All entries must be input into the Google Form created for the competition by the Friday prior to the due dates listed above. The link to this form is contained in Club Only e-mails sent to the member’s list in the months leading to the competition.
All entries are due to Intergalactic Brewing (http://www.intergalacticbrew.com/) durring tasting room hours on the due dates listed above for each competition. Make sure to check the website for their hours before attempting to deliver your entries.
Up to three entries per brewer. One bottle (at least 12oz) per entry. If submitting more than one entry, each entry should be from a different sub-category. Rubber band a label to each bottle with your name, beer style, email address and optional beer name (i.e. http://www.bjcp.org/docs/BJCP_BottleID.pdf). Do NOT tape the label to the bottle.
Failure to follow any of the above will result in your entry being disqualified from the competition.
What You Receive
Each entry will earn the brewer at least two completed mini-BJCP score sheets and, potentially, bragging rights. (Mini-BJCP score sheets are used to speed the judging process and allow the judges to focus on each entries issues and ways to improve the entry)
When Results Are Announced
In general, the competition is conducted on the day following the due dates listed above. Score sheets are sent out the following weekend and results are announced at the monthly meeting. Subsequent to the meeting, the results will be sent out to the QUAFF mail list.
